Date of issue and round ID: I don't have the round ID, but 7/25/2017, round was around 8-10

Reason for complaint: General shitty behavior. First, he was trying to fill a syringe gun with chloral hydrate, 'to test on monkeys' then I demoted him when he refused to stop making chloral. He was later brigged for running around naked, then kept spamming 'KILL ME' over and over in IC chat and in LOOC. Eventually he died to oxyloss, and gloated about it in LOOC.
