Head perm ban appeal

Reason - As QM didn't listen to give away ordered shotgun to security. Shot at the captain when he found me in maints hiding. Originally permanent head of staff ban but the admin messed up and it was 3 days. Admin "ah well you can have head access again", then decided to permanent ban all head roles but QM without notice or message. Really would've loved a notice.

Appeal Reason: I want to play heads of staff again and there hasn't been any misbehavings for a month now. Probably two months since incident. Won't do it again.
