Reason Banned:  Reason: Greifer, RDMed against other players after being told via admin PM to stop, continued anyways

Length Banned:  2 Weeks

Appeal Reason:  So! Here's the catch, the only message I ever got was, "Why did you attack someone" to which I replied they were chasing me with a saw. So I pleaded self defense. Fair is fair. Person gets revived, we go on our way. Previously they had killed my two IC buddies, but they got revived so all was well. Well the shuttle arrives and we make way for the pods. Upon opening a door we are immediately greeted with "No Russians Allowed" and then are attacked a second later. After we're both dead after our failure to defend ourselves. I am promptly banned with the above reason. 
- I was contacted once, and asked as to why I attacked some one, defended my case with self defense.
- Never given any other messages, my gear is just reset with no other contact.
- Attacked and killed in pods, banned for the following reason.

The ban was for just one week, however this appeal is accepted and so the ban will be lifted.

Next time if folks just go nuts just try sending in an ahlep.
