Maximise the injectors in the chamber.
maximise Cold loop pump in the (north western/aft port/upper left) corner
Use the fuel compressor to create two deuterium fuel rods
place one of the rods each into a fuel injectors at the chamber
Minimal Atmospheric hazard:
Pump two canisters of Phoron into the cold loop
Pump two canisters of N2O into the hot loop, dont use Phoron here!
