Moghes Hegemony
The "Alliance of Three Hands" officially, though better known as the Hegemony. Forged from a combined conflict that nearly destroyed one of their cultures, the Unathi, Naramadi, and Zaddat now stand as equals over what many see as the pre-eminent threat in the galaxy. This shared animosity only serves to bind them stronger together though the Alliance is still in its infancy; time will tell if this is convenience will end or if there is a grand work in the making.
Species | Description | |
---|---|---|
Ishira | As isolated as their saviours, Ishira are a constrast to Naramadi: explosive and quick thinking. | |
Naramadi | Stratified, insular aliens with rigid ideals. Access to their empire is restricted, especially after a disastrous civil war perpetrated by humans. | |
Unathi | Scaled humanoid reptilians with long-lasting traditions and a history of conflict. Largely seen as barbaric bogeymen, for reasons real and imagined. | |
Zaddat | Suitbound engineers of a blackened world. Long term allies of the Unathi, they've been let loose to the galaxy in pursuit of a new home. |

Krisitik | A nation of murine subterranean aliens from the Perseus arm. They are masters of nuclear technology and underground life, lead by a clique of the most powerful organization in their society. | |

Lifeform Designations
These 'species' are not actual distinct cultures in the usual sense, as opposed to a classification for a form of (usually artificial) life.
Species | Description | |
---|---|---|
Adherent | Crystalline robots, a remnant of an ancient empire. They serve in their own capacities to maintaining order, wherever they may be. | |
Alraune | Placeholder Text | |
Phoronoids | Placeholder Text | |
Prometheans | Originally little more than designer pets, their confirmed sentience has quickly become a hot-button issue throughout the Orion Confederation. | |
Proteans | Seemingly the final evolution of robotics. While nearly impossible to produce, these swarms of nanites are fully capable of forming their own physical avatars, and might hold ancient knowledge. | |
Vetalans | Not so much a species as they are victims of a viral infection, Vetalans are commonly characterized by their sickness; physical mutations, and an intense desire for warm blood to feast on. | |
Xenochimera | Stories of wendigos and other shapeshifting creatures made manifest, in reality the Xenochimera are just as confused about their condition as everyone else. | |
Xenohybrids | Successful experiments with xenomorph DNA have produced a sentient subspecies, no longer connected to the hive mind, through the insertion of human DNA. |
