Gorlex Marauders

The Gorlex Marauders are one of many members of the coalition known as The Syndicate.

The Gorlex Marauders are for all intents and purposes the face of the Syndicate. Formed by a group of former WaffleCo and Donk Company employees sick of their bosses not seeing the real problem (Nanotrasen), the Marauders live up to being the menace NT paints the whole coalition as. They may not be the ones calling the shots these days (transferring leadership to Cybersun Industries sometime in the mid 2540's), but it's their blood red hardsuits that show up in every security training manual.

Many Marauders believe in the concept of total war, which is to say anything with a Nanotrasen logo is a valid target and anyone foolish enough to work with the megacorporation has signed their death warrant. That's not to say you'll find them destroying all the Discount Dan products at your local supermarket - the Syndicate never would have become an actual threat to NT if that's what they were known for. They prefer acts of a much greater scale (you know, like destroying a whole station with a nuclear device).
